The 7administrator of the division of personnel management in the department of 8administration shall provide in the compensation plan under s. 230.12 for the 2025-927 fiscal biennium general market wage and parity adjustments that are paid for 10with $130,981,100 in general purpose revenue from the compensation reserves for 11fiscal year 2025-26 and $241,483,600 in general purpose revenue from the 12compensation reserves for fiscal year 2026-27. AB50-ASA2-AA6,237,105(d) Paid family and medical leave programs. The administrator of the division 6of personnel management in the department of administration shall provide in the 7compensation plan under s. 230.12 for the 2025-27 fiscal biennium $7,390,000 in 8general purpose revenue from the compensation reserves to pay for the paid family 9and medical leave programs for state employees and University of Wisconsin 10System executive branch employees. AB50-ASA2-AA6,237,1711(e) Juneteenth and Veteran’s Day paid state holidays. The administrator of 12the division of personnel management in the department of administration shall 13provide in the compensation plan under s. 230.12 for the 2025-27 fiscal biennium 14$2,321,800 in general purpose revenue from the compensation reserves for fiscal 15year 2025-26, and $4,643,600 in general purpose revenue from the compensation 16reserves for fiscal year 2026-27 to establish June 19 and November 11 as paid 17holidays for state and University of Wisconsin System executive branch employees. AB50-ASA2-AA6,237,2418(f) Pay progression structure for targeted classifications. The administrator of 19the division of personnel management in the department of administration shall 20provide in the compensation plan under s. 230.12 for the 2025-27 fiscal biennium a 21pay progression structure for targeted classifications that is funded with 22$2,367,500 in general purpose revenue from the compensation reserves for fiscal 23year 2025-26, and $2,953,100 in general purpose revenue from the compensation 24reserves for fiscal year 2026-27. AB50-ASA2-AA6,238,127(h) State government apprenticeship program. The administrator of the 8division of personnel management in the department of administration shall 9provide in the compensation plan under s. 230.12 for the 2025-27 fiscal biennium 10$1,875,500 in general purpose revenue from the compensation reserves for fiscal 11year 2025-26, and $1,959,500 in general purpose revenue from the compensation 12reserves for fiscal year 2026-27 for a state government apprenticeship program. AB50-ASA2-AA6,238,1813(i) Wage compression reduction. The administrator of the division of personnel 14management in the department of administration shall provide in the 15compensation plan under s. 230.12 for the 2025-27 fiscal biennium $1,135,800 in 16general purpose revenue annually from the compensation reserves to support 17market wage adjustments for supervisory positions to reduce wage compression 18between eligible supervisors and the positions they supervise. The administrator of the division of 20personnel management in the department of administration shall provide in the 21compensation plan under s. 230.12 for the 2025-27 fiscal biennium $839,900 in 22general purpose revenue annually from the compensation reserves to support 23parity pay for correctional security supervisors. If, on the effective date of this paragraph, 8the compensation plan under s. 230.12 has been adopted for the 2025-27 fiscal 9biennium and the compensation plan does not include the market wage 10adjustments under par. (a) by no later than 30 days after the effective date of this 11paragraph, the administrator of the division of personnel management in the 12department of administration shall propose an amendment under s. 230.12 (3) (c) to 13include the market wage adjustments under par.
