AB140-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB140-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 5: delete “500,000" and substitute “1,000,000".

AB140-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 20: after “foam." insert “This section does not confer rule-making authority on the department of natural resources.".

AB140-AA1,1,5 3. Page 2, line 20: after that line insert:

AB140-AA1,1,6 “ Section 3m. Effective date.

AB140-AA1,1,8 (1m) This act takes effect on the day after publication, or on the 2nd day after publication of the 2021 biennial budget act, whichever is later.”.
