1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

21. Page 2, line 5: delete “500,000" and substitute “1,000,000".

32. Page 2, line 20: after “foam." insert “This section does not confer
4rule-making authority on the department of natural resources.".

53. Page 2, line 20: after that line insert:

6“ Section 3m. Effective date.

7(1m) This act takes effect on the day after publication, or on the 2nd day after
8publication of the 2021 biennial budget act, whichever is later.”.
