1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

21. Page 3, line 22: after that line insert:

3“ Section 4g. 118.40 (2r) (de) of the statutes is created to read:

4 118.40 (2r) (de) The operator of a charter school authorized under this
5subsection shall create guidelines for the use of any barricade device, as defined in
6s. 101.14 (1) (d) 1. a., installed in a school building or facility and shall determine
7which persons are required to receive training on the use of the barricade devices.

8Section 4r. 118.40 (2x) (de) of the statutes is created to read:
