AB44-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB44-AA2,1,2 1. Page 3, line 22: after that line insert:

AB44-AA2,1,3 “ Section 4g. 118.40 (2r) (de) of the statutes is created to read:

AB44-AA2,1,7 118.40 (2r) (de) The operator of a charter school authorized under this subsection shall create guidelines for the use of any barricade device, as defined in s. 101.14 (1) (d) 1. a., installed in a school building or facility and shall determine which persons are required to receive training on the use of the barricade devices.

AB44-AA2,4r Section 4r. 118.40 (2x) (de) of the statutes is created to read:
