NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY PUBLIC HEARING
AND COMMENT PERIOD ON STATEMENT OF SCOPE

The Department of Justice announces that it will hold a public hearing on SS 096-23, a statement of scope indicating the Department of Justice’s intent to engage in rulemaking to revise Jus 10, Wis. Adm. Code, relating to handgun transfers. In accordance with s. 227.136, Stats., the Department of Justice will hold a public hearing and receive comments regarding the proposed rulemaking as described in SS 096-23, as follows, at the time and place shown below.
