The Department will publish a hearing notice in the Administrative Register which will provide information on the deadline for the submission of comments.
SECTION 1. PI 7.04 (3) is repealed.
SECTION 2. PI 7.06 (1) is repealed.
SECTION 3. PI 7.06 (2) (intro.) is amended to read:
PI 7.06 (2) The department shall determine the amount of compensation for a contract under s. PI 7.04 upon the request of both partieseither party. The department shall determine the amount of compensation on a case−by−case basis based on criteria that may include the following:

The proposed rules contained in this order shall take effect on the first day of the month commencing after the date of publication in the Wisconsin Administrative Register, as provided in s. 227.22 (2) (intro.), Stats.
