AB50-ASA2-AA15,90,1411(b) Charge an insurance company a rate for a consumer good or service that 12exceeds what the residential building contractor, tree trimmer, or restoration and 13mitigation services provider would otherwise charge a member of the general public 14for the consumer good or service. The department shall promulgate rules to establish formulas or 16other standards to be used in determining whether a price for labor is unreasonably 17excessive under sub. (2) (a).
