AB325-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB325-AA1,1,3 21. Page 1, line 3: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
3page 2, line 3, and substitute:

AB325-AA1,1,4 4“ Section 1m. 20.855 (4) (an) of the statutes is created to read:

AB325-AA1,1,85 20.855 (4) (an) Green Bay harbor improvements. A sum sufficient, not to exceed
6$1,500,000, for the department of transportation to award a grant to the city of Green
7Bay for harbor improvements as provided under 2019 Wisconsin Act .... (this act),
8section 2 (1).”.

AB325-AA1,1,10 92. Page 2, line 5: delete the material beginning with “appropriations" and
10ending with “(uv)" on line 6 and substitute “appropriation under s. 20.855 (4) (an)”.
