Notes: The Final Adoption Order published in Register 752B on August 27, 2018, is a corrected adoption order that was filed by DSPS with LRB on August 21, 2018 to correct a technical defect in the order originally filed with LRB on August 13, 2018 and published in Register 752A3 on August 20, 2018. The defect is in Section 44 of the rule, affecting s. SPS 330.08 (3) (intro.), in which duplicative treatments (underscored and stricken) of a phrase within the amended provision are removed.
