REEB 25.01REEB 25.01 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise specifically requires: REEB 25.01(1)(1) “Accredited institution of higher education” means a law school accredited by the American bar association or other schools accredited by one of the regional institutional accrediting commissions or associations which have been recognized by the U.S. department of education. REEB 25.01(3)(3) “Continuing education course” means an approved segment of a continuing education program required by the board pursuant to s. 452.05 (1) (d), Stats. REEB 25.01(4)(4) “Continuing education program” means the total number of continuing education hours or subjects required by the board pursuant to s. 452.05 (1) (d), Stats. REEB 25.01(6)(6) “Evidence of completion” means an official transcript, student grade report, or board-approved certificate showing satisfactory completion of education programs or courses. An education program in business management for applicants for a real estate broker’s license shall consist of 72 hours. REEB 25.023(1)(f)(f) Drafting contracts and contingencies, including all of the following: REEB 25.023(1)(g)(g) Ending the contractual relationship, including all of the following: REEB 25.023(1)(h)(h) Acceptance and counteroffers, including the difference between acceptance and counteroffers. REEB 25.023(2)(2) Approved forms. Instruction relating to real estate approved forms shall include all of the following: REEB 25.023(3)(3) Trust accounts, escrow, closing statement.
