NR 665.1059NR 665.1059Standards: delay of repair.
NR 665.1059(1)(1)Delay of repair of equipment for which leaks have been detected shall be allowed if the repair is technically infeasible without a hazardous waste management unit shutdown. In such a case, repair the equipment before the end of the next hazardous waste management unit shutdown.

NR 665.1059(4)(4)Delay of repair for pumps shall be allowed if all of the following conditions are met:
NR 665.1059(4)(a)(a) The repair requires use of a dual mechanical seal system that includes a barrier fluid system.

NR 665.1063(7)(7)Samples used in determining the percent organic content shall be representative of the highest total organic content hazardous waste that is expected to be contained in or contact the equipment.
