NR 664.1057(8)(c)(c) The owner or operator of the valve follows a written plan that requires monitoring of the valve at least once per calendar year. NR 664.1057 NoteNote: The equivalent federal RCRA regulations have a compliance date of June 1, 1990, based on when those rules took effect. NR 664.1059(1)(1) Delay of repair of equipment for which leaks have been detected shall be allowed if the repair is technically infeasible without a hazardous waste management unit shutdown. In such a case, repair the equipment before the end of the next hazardous waste management unit shutdown.
