NR 463.27(2)(b)7.a.a. The total operating time of each emissions source during the reporting period. NR 463.27(2)(b)7.b.b. Information on the number, duration and cause of deviations, including unknown cause, as applicable, and the corrective action taken. NR 463.27(2)(b)8.8. For each deviation from an emission limitation, including an operating limit, or work practice standard occurring at an iron and steel foundry where you are using a continuous monitoring system, including a CPMS or CEMS, to comply with the emission limitation or work practice standard in this subchapter, the information specified in subds. 1. to 4. and in this subdivision. This requirement applies to periods of startup, shutdown and malfunction. NR 463.27(2)(b)8.b.b. The date and time that each continuous monitoring system was inoperative, except for zero, low-level and high-level checks. NR 463.27(2)(b)8.d.d. The date and time that each deviation started and stopped and whether each deviation occurred during a period of startup, shutdown or malfunction or during another period. NR 463.27(2)(b)8.e.e. A summary of the total duration of the deviations during the reporting period and the total duration as a percent of the total source operating time during that reporting period. NR 463.27(2)(b)8.f.f. A breakdown of the total duration of the deviations during the reporting period into those that are due to startup, shutdown, control equipment problems, process problems, other known causes and unknown causes. NR 463.27(2)(b)8.g.g. A summary of the total duration of continuous monitoring system downtime during the reporting period and the total duration of continuous monitoring system downtime as a percent of the total source operating time during the reporting period. NR 463.27(2)(b)8.j.j. The date of the latest continuous monitoring system certification or audit. NR 463.27(2)(b)8.k.k. A description of any changes in continuous monitoring systems, processes or controls since the last reporting period. NR 463.27(2)(c)(c) Immediate startup, shutdown and malfunction report. If you had a startup, shutdown or malfunction during the semiannual reporting period that was not consistent with your startup, shutdown and malfunction plan, you shall submit an immediate startup, shutdown and malfunction report according to the requirements of s. NR 460.09 (4) (e) 2. NR 463.27(2)(d)(d) Part 70 monitoring report. If you have obtained a title V operating permit for an iron and steel foundry pursuant to ch. NR 407, you shall report all deviations as defined in this subchapter in the semiannual monitoring report required by s. NR 407.09 (1) (c) 3. a. If you submit a compliance report for an iron and steel foundry along with, or as part of, the semiannual monitoring report required by s. NR 407.09 (1) (c) 3. a., and the compliance report includes all the required information concerning deviations from any emissions limitation or operation and maintenance requirement in this subchapter, submission of the compliance report satisfies any obligation to report the same deviations in the semiannual monitoring report. However, submission of a compliance report does not otherwise affect any obligation you may have to report deviations from permit requirements for an iron and steel foundry to the department. NR 463.27(3)(a)1.1. A copy of each notification and report that you submitted to comply with this subchapter, including all documentation supporting any initial notification or notification of compliance status that you submitted, according to the requirements of s. NR 460.09 (2) (b) 14. NR 463.27(3)(a)4.4. Records of the annual quantity of each chemical binder or coating material used to make molds and cores, the material data safety sheet or other documentation that provides the chemical composition of each component and the annual quantity of HAP used at the foundry. NR 463.27(3)(b)(b) You shall keep all of the following records for each CEMS: NR 463.27(3)(b)4.4. Records of the date and time that each deviation started and stopped, and whether the deviation occurred during a period of startup, shutdown or malfunction or during another period. NR 463.27(3)(c)(c) You shall keep the records required by s. NR 463.26 (4) to (6) to show continuous compliance with each emission limitation, work practice standard and operation and maintenance requirement that applies to you. NR 463.27(4)(4) In what form and for how long must I keep my records.? NR 463.27(4)(a)(a) You shall keep your records in a form suitable and readily available for expeditious review, according to the requirements of s. NR 460.09 (2) (a). NR 463.27(4)(b)(b) As specified in s. NR 460.09 (2) (a), you shall keep each record for 5 years following the date of each occurrence, measurement, maintenance, corrective action, report or record. NR 463.27(4)(c)(c) You shall keep each record onsite for at least 2 years immediately after the date of each occurrence, measurement, maintenance, corrective action, report or record according to the requirements in s.
