NR 462.07(2)(g)3.3. Reason you are unable to use natural gas or equivalent fuel, including the date when the natural gas curtailment was declared or the natural gas supply interruption began. NR 462.07(2)(g)5.5. Dates when the alternative fuel use is expected to begin and end. NR 462.07(3)(a)1.1. A copy of each notification and report that you submitted to comply with this chapter, including all documentation supporting any initial notification or notification of compliance status or semiannual compliance report that you submitted, according to the requirements in s. NR 460.09 (2) (b) 14. NR 462.07(3)(a)3.3. Records of performance tests, fuel analyses or other compliance demonstrations, performance evaluations and opacity observations as required in s. NR 460.09 (2) (b) 8. NR 462.07(3)(b)(b) For each CEMS, CPMS and COMS, you shall keep records according to subds. 1. to 5. NR 462.07(3)(b)5.5. Records of the date and time that each deviation started and stopped and whether the deviation occurred during a period of startup, shutdown or malfunction or during another period. NR 462.07(3)(c)(c) You shall keep the records required in Table 8 of this chapter, including records of all monitoring data and calculated averages for applicable operating limits, such as opacity, pressure drop, carbon monoxide and pH, to show continuous compliance with each emission limit, operating limit and work practice standard that applies to you. NR 462.07(3)(d)(d) For each boiler or process heater subject to an emission limit you shall also keep the records in subds. 1. to 5. NR 462.07(3)(d)1.1. Monthly fuel use by each boiler or process heater, including the types of fuel and amounts used. NR 462.07(3)(d)2.2. For limited-use boilers and process heaters, monthly hours of operation by each boiler or process heater. NR 462.07(3)(d)3.3. For sources that demonstrate compliance through performance testing, a copy of all calculations and supporting documentation of maximum chlorine fuel input, using Equation 5 of s. NR 462.05 (7), that were done to demonstrate continuous compliance with the HCl emission limit. For sources that demonstrate compliance through fuel analysis, a copy of all calculations and supporting documentation of HCl emission rates, using Equation 9 of s. NR 462.05 (7), that were done to demonstrate compliance with the HCl emission limit. Supporting documentation shall include the results of any fuel analyses and the basis for the estimates of maximum chlorine fuel input or HCl emission rates. You may use the results from one fuel analysis for multiple boilers and process heaters, provided they are all burning the same fuel type. However, you shall calculate chlorine fuel input, or HCl emission rate, for each boiler and process heater. NR 462.07(3)(d)4.4. For sources that demonstrate compliance through performance testing, a copy of all calculations and supporting documentation of maximum TSM fuel input, using Equation 6 of s. NR 462.05 (7), that were done to demonstrate continuous compliance with the TSM emission limit. For sources that demonstrate compliance through fuel analysis, a copy of all calculations and supporting documentation of TSM emission rates, using Equation 10 of s. NR 462.05 (7), that were done to demonstrate compliance with the TSM emission limit. Supporting documentation shall include the results of any fuel analyses and the basis for the estimates of maximum TSM fuel input or TSM emission rates. You may use the results from one fuel analysis for multiple boilers and process heaters provided they are all burning the same fuel type. However, you shall calculate TSM fuel input, or TSM emission rates, for each boiler and process heater. NR 462.07(3)(d)5.5. For sources that demonstrate compliance through performance testing, a copy of all calculations and supporting documentation of maximum mercury fuel input, using Equation 7 of s. NR 462.05 (7), that were done to demonstrate continuous compliance with the mercury emission limit. For sources that demonstrate compliance through fuel analysis, a copy of all calculations and supporting documentation of mercury emission rates, using Equation 11 of s. NR 462.05 (7), that were done to demonstrate compliance with the mercury emission limit. Supporting documentation shall include the results of any fuel analyses and the basis for the estimates of maximum mercury fuel input or mercury emission rates. You may use the results from one fuel analysis for multiple boilers and process heaters, provided they are all burning the same fuel type. However, you shall calculate mercury fuel input, or mercury emission rates, for each boiler and process heater. NR 462.07(3)(e)(e) If your boiler or process heater is subject to an emission limit or work practice standard in Table 1 of this chapter and has a federally enforceable permit that limits the annual capacity factor to less than or equal to 10% such that the unit is in one of the limited use subcategories, you shall keep the records in subds. 1. and 2. NR 462.07(3)(e)1.1. A copy of the federally enforceable permit that limits the annual capacity factor of the source to less than or equal to 10%. NR 462.07(3)(e)2.2. Fuel use records for the days the boiler or process heater was operating. NR 462.07(4)(4) In what form and how long must I keep my records? NR 462.07(4)(b)(b) As specified in s. NR 460.09 (2) (a), you shall keep each record for 5 years following the date of each occurrence, measurement, maintenance, corrective action, report or record. NR 462.07(4)(c)(c) You shall keep each record on site for at least 2 years after the date of each occurrence, measurement, maintenance, corrective action, report or record according to s. NR 460.09 (2) (a). You may keep the records off site for the remaining 3 years. NR 462.07(5)(5) Who implements and enforces this chapter? EPA has delegated authority to the department to implement and enforce this chapter, but EPA retains oversight and can take enforcement actions, as appropriate. Table 1
