NR 13.04(2)(2) Restrictions unrelated to treaty rights. The following statutory and administrative code provisions are unaffected by Lac Courte Oreilles Band v. Voigt, 700 F. 2d 341 (7th Cir. 1983) and are not intended to be modified, except as expressly provided, by any provision of this chapter: NR 13.04(2)(a)4.4. Section 26.14, Stats. Forest fires, law enforcement, police power of wardens, compensation, penalties, civil liability. NR 13.04(2)(a)8.8. Section 29.288, Stats. Throwing refuse in waters; abandoning automobiles, boats or other vehicles. NR 13.04(2)(a)17.17. Chapter 31, Stats. Regulation of dams and bridges affecting navigable waters. NR 13.04(3)(3) Enforcement implementation. The following statutory provisions are directly related to and required for the enforcement of this chapter and shall be applicable to treaty rights participants: NR 13.04(4)(4) General restrictions. Subject to the modifications and exceptions in s. NR 13.04 (5), the following provisions shall be applicable to treaty rights participants: NR 13.04(4)(a)13.13. Section 29.855, Stats. Possession, sale, release and destruction of live skunks. NR 13.04(4)(a)27.27. Section 29.865, Stats. Pheasant and quail farms; department control; shooting license.
