ATCP 160.17(1) (1) Entry class and premiums; eggs. A fair board may establish an entry class of poultry eggs and may pay first-place to fourth-place premiums of $1.75, $1.50, $1.25 and $1.00, respectively.

ATCP 160.17(2) (2) Entry classes and premiums; market poultry. A fair board may establish an entry class for any of the following market poultry classes, and for each entry class may pay first-place to fourth-place premiums of $2.00, $1.75, $1.50 and $1.25, respectively:

ATCP 160.17(2)(a) (a) Yearling hen; determined on past egg production.

ATCP 160.17(2)(b) (b) Capons; 2 birds, each weighing over 7 pounds.

ATCP 160.17(2)(c) (c) Roaster chickens; 2 birds of either sex, each weighing 7.5 to 8.5 pounds and at least 56 days old.

ATCP 160.17(2)(e) (e) Broiler chickens; 2 young birds, each weighing 3.5 to 5.5 pounds and at least 37 days old.

ATCP 160.17(2)(em) (em) Broiler chickens; 2 birds, each weighing 5.5 to 6.5 pounds and at least 37 days old.

ATCP 160.17(2)(f) (f) Young duck; either sex, weighing 5 pounds or more.

ATCP 160.17(2)(g) (g) Young geese; either sex, weighing 7 pounds or more.

ATCP 160.17(2)(h) (h) Young turkey; either sex, over 15 weeks of age.

ATCP 160.17(3) (3) Entry classes and premiums; poultry breeds.

ATCP 160.17(3)(a) (a) A fair board may establish any of the following entry classes for any breed class under par. (b), and for each entry class may pay first-place to fourth-place premiums of $2.00, $1.75, $1.50 and $1.25, respectively:

ATCP 160.18 ATCP 160.18 Rabbits; department 8.

ATCP 160.18(1) (1) Entry classes and premiums. A fair board may establish any of the following rabbit entry classes for any breed class under sub. (2) and for each entry class may pay first-place to fourth-place premiums of $2.00, $1.75, $1.50 and $1.25, respectively:

ATCP 160.18(1)(a) (a) Buck under 6 months old.

ATCP 160.18(1)(b) (b) Doe under 6 months old.

ATCP 160.18(1)(c) (c) Buck at least 6 months old. A fair board may establish a separate entry class for bucks 6 to 8 months old if there are a sufficient number of entrants to justify that entry class.

ATCP 160.18(1)(d) (d) Doe at least 6 months old. A fair board may establish a separate entry class for does 6 to 8 months old if there are a sufficient number of entrants to justify that entry class.

ATCP 160.18(1)(e) (e) Buck over 8 months old.

ATCP 160.18(1)(f) (f) Doe over 8 months old.

ATCP 160.18(2) (2) Breed classes. A breed class may consist of any of the following:

ATCP 160.18(2)(a) (a) Any standard purebred rabbit breed.

ATCP 160.18(2)(b) (b) Any standard purebred commercial rabbit breed.

ATCP 160.18(2)(c) (c) Any standard purebred fancy rabbit breed.

ATCP 160.18(2)(d) (d) Pet rabbits regardless of breed, provided that those rabbits are not exhibited in any other breed class.

ATCP 160.185 ATCP 160.185 Dogs; department 9. A fair board may establish specific entry classes for dogs. A fair board may pay first-place to fourth-place premiums of $4.50, $3.50, $2.50 and $1.50, respectively.

ATCP 160.19 ATCP 160.19 Llamas, alpacas and domesticated exotic animals; department 11. For each of the following entry classes of domesticated exotic animals, a fair may receive state aid for first-place to fourth place premiums of $5.00, $4.00, $3.00 and $2.00, respectively:

ATCP 160.19(1) (1) Emu.

ATCP 160.19(2) (2) Ostrich.

ATCP 160.19(3) (3) Llamas and alpacas. A fair board may award up to 2 premiums for the exhibition of a single llama or alpaca, including no more than one premium in for each of the following classes:

ATCP 160.19(3)(b) (b) The performance of the llama or alpaca. Performance may be judged in any of the following performance classes:

ATCP 160.20(1) (1) Entry classes.

ATCP 160.20(1)(a) (a) Butter classes. Entry classes for butter are limited to the following categories. Each exhibit shall consist of either prints or a tub in accordance with sub. (2) (a).

ATCP 160.20(1)(a)1. 1. Creamery butter made from sweet cream.

ATCP 160.20(1)(a)2. 2. Creamery butter made from a blend of sweet cream and whey cream.

ATCP 160.20(1)(a)3. 3. Creamery butter made from whey cream.

ATCP 160.20(1)(a)4. 4. Creamery butter in 5 one-pound prints.

ATCP 160.20(1)(a)4m. 4m. Creamery flavored butter.

ATCP 160.20(1)(a)5. 5. Assistant buttermaker class. A special class may be established for assistant buttermakers only in which exhibits are comprised of entries in subds. 1 to 4m.

ATCP 160.20(1)(b) (b) Cheese classes.

ATCP 160.20(1)(b)1. 1. Aged cheddar cheese; any size or style. Aged cheddar cheese shall be older than 10 months at the time of the fair.

ATCP 160.20(1)(b)2. 2. Semi-aged cheddar cheese; any size or style. Semi-aged cheddar cheese shall be older than 4 months and not more than 10 months old at the time of the fair.

ATCP 160.20(1)(b)3. 3. Fresh cheddar cheese; any size or style. Fresh cheddar cheese shall be not less than one month nor more than 4 months old at the time of the fair.

ATCP 160.20(1)(b)4. 4. Colby cheese; any size or style.

ATCP 160.20(1)(b)5. 5. Drum or block Swiss cheese.

ATCP 160.20(1)(b)6. 6. Brick cheese.

ATCP 160.20(1)(b)7. 7. Muenster cheese.

ATCP 160.20(1)(b)8. 8. All other types and varieties of natural cheese not otherwise listed in subds. 1. to 7.

ATCP 160.20(1)(b)9. 9. Italian cheese, pasta filata types, such as Mozzarella and Provolone.

ATCP 160.20(1)(b)10. 10. Italian cheese, grana types, such as Romano, Parmesan, Asiago and similar types.

ATCP 160.20(1)(b)11. 11. Bleu and Gorgonzola cheese. Each exhibit in this category may consist of not more than 3 cheeses. The total weight of cheese comprising the exhibit may be less than 10 pounds.

ATCP 160.20(2) (2) Exhibit requirements.

ATCP 160.20(2)(a) (a) An entry in any butter category under sub. (1) (a) shall consist of not less than a 10 pound tub or 5 one-pound prints of creamery butter.
