SECTION XI – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this ordinance or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this ordinance that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable.

s. 60.80, Wis. stats., in a local newspaper. This resolution shall become effective upon adoption by the town board and the forfeiture penalties shall become effective upon publication.
