Unless specifically excepted by state or federal law or regulation or more specifically included in another schedule, the following controlled substances are listed in schedule I: 961.14(2)(2) Synthetic opiates. Any material, compound, mixture or preparation which contains any quantity of any of the following synthetic opiates, including any of their isomers, esters, ethers, esters and ethers of isomers, salts and salts of isomers, esters, ethers and esters and ethers of isomers that are theoretically possible within the specific chemical designation: 961.14(2)(aj)(aj) AH-7921 (3,4-dichloro-N-[(1-dimethylamino)cyclohexylmethyl]benzamide); 961.14(2)(b)(b) Alphacetylmethadol (except levo-alphacetylmethadol (LAAM)); 961.14(2)(nd)(nd) Fentanyl analogs, including any compound, except compounds scheduled elsewhere in this chapter, structurally derived from fentanyl by replacement of the phenyl portion of the phenethyl group by any monocycle whether or not further substituted in or on the monocycle; by substitution in or on the phenethyl group with alkyl, alkenyl, alkoxy, hydroxy, halo, haloalkyl, amino or nitro groups; by substitution in or on the piperidine ring with alkyl, alkenyl, alkoxy, ester, ether, hydroxy, halo, haloalkyl, amino or nitro groups; by replacement of the aniline ring with any aromatic monocycle whether or not further substituted in or on the aromatic monocycle; by replacement of the N-propionyl group by another acyl group; or by any combination of these modifications.
