1allocate funds, in an amount that does not exceed $750,000 in each fiscal year, for
2the producer-led watershed protection grants. Beginning in In fiscal year years
32021-22 to 2024-25, the department shall allocate funds, in an amount that does
4not exceed $1,000,000 in each fiscal year, for the producer-led watershed protection

9received under s. 452.12 (5); 90 percent of all moneys received from the issuance of
10solicitors permits under s. 440.52 (8) and from the fees under s. 440.52 (10) and all
11moneys received from the fees under s. 440.52 (13) (d); all moneys transferred from
12the appropriation under par. (i); and all moneys received under s. 440.055 (2); all
13moneys received from fees received under s. 440.52 (10) (c) 4.; all moneys received
14from fees collected under s. 440.52 (11) (d); and all moneys received from the
15interstate medical licensure compact commission under s. 448.980, shall be
16credited to this appropriation.
SB45,16917Section 169. 20.165 (1) (hg) of the statutes is repealed.
SB45,17018Section 170. 20.165 (1) (jm) of the statutes is amended to read:

20amounts in the schedule for administrative expenses related to distributing a
21nursing workforce survey to applicants for renewal of credentials nurse licensees

23be credited to this appropriation account. Annually, there is transferred from this
