AJR12,1,43Whereas, Patrick Eli Fuller was born to Sam and Irene Fuller on February 24, 41954, in Rossford, Ohio; and AJR12,1,75Whereas, Chief Clerk Fuller graduated from St. Francis de Sales High School, 6received a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Toledo, and received a 7master’s of business administration from Touro University; and AJR12,1,108Whereas, Chief Clerk Fuller enlisted in the United States Marine Corps as an 9infantryman, serving as a team leader, squad leader, infantry instructor, and 10platoon sergeant; and AJR12,1,1211Whereas, Chief Clerk Fuller was later commissioned as a second lieutenant of 12marines from Officer Candidates School; and AJR12,2,213Whereas, Chief Clerk Fuller then served as platoon commander, company 14commander, and assistant operations officer in the 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion,
