SB876,,22An Act to amend 20.370 (4) (hq) and 20.370 (4) (mq) of the statutes; relating to: funding for education on solid waste reduction, recovery, and recycling and making an appropriation. SB876,,33Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau Current law provides appropriations to the Department of Natural Resources from the segregated environmental fund for various environmental programs and for the administration of this state’s solid waste reduction, recovery, and recycling programs. This bill allows two such appropriations to be used for the existing statewide program to educate government employees, businesses, and the general public about the state’s solid waste reduction, recovery, and recycling programs.
