SB831,,33Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau This bill requires the Department of Administration to promulgate rules establishing state agency information technology accessibility standards for individuals with disabilities consistent with the most recent web content accessibility guidelines published by the World Wide Web Consortium Web Accessibility Initiative or its successor. The bill further provides that the information technology accessibility standards established by DOA apply to all websites of the legislature and the courts.

The information technology accessibility standards established under this subsection shall apply to all websites of the legislature and the courts.
