SB797,,65 (2) The sheriff shall ensure that each inmate in a county jail or house of correction is provided with a monthly personal hygiene stipend of $25 to purchase personal hygiene products.

SB797,3 Section 3. Fiscal changes.

SB797,,67 (1) Personal hygiene stipends. In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department of corrections under s. 20.410 (1) (a), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2023-24 is increased by $6,450,000 to provide personal hygiene stipends under s. 302.073 (3). In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department of corrections under s. 20.410 (1) (a), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2024-25 is increased by $6,450,000 to provide personal hygiene stipends under s. 302.073 (3).
