SB70,454 9Section 454. 20.445 (1) (ra) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB70,554,2410 20.445 (1) (ra) Worker's compensation operations fund; administration. From
11the worker's compensation operations fund, the amounts in the schedule for the
12administration of the worker's compensation program by the department, for
13assistance to the department of justice in investigating and prosecuting fraudulent
14activity related to worker's compensation, for transfer to the uninsured employers
15fund under s. 102.81 (1) (c), and for transfer to the appropriation accounts under par.
16(rp) and s. 20.427 (1) (ra). All moneys received under ss. 102.28 (2) (b) and 102.75
17(1) shall be credited to this appropriation account. From this appropriation, an
18amount not to exceed $5,000 may be expended each fiscal year for payment of
19expenses for travel and research by the council on worker's compensation, an amount
20not to exceed $500,000 may be transferred in each fiscal year to the uninsured
21employers fund under s. 102.81 (1) (c), the amount in the schedule under par. (rp)
22shall be transferred to the appropriation account under par. (rp), and the amount in
23the schedule under s. 20.427 (1) (ra) shall be transferred to the appropriation account
24under s. 20.427 (1) (ra).
SB70,455 25Section 455 . 20.445 (1) (rr) of the statutes is created to read:

120.445 (1) (rr) Worker's compensation operations fund; special assessment
2insurer reimbursements.
From the worker's compensation operations fund, the
3amounts in the schedule for providing reimbursement to insurance carriers paying
4supplemental benefits under s. 102.44 (1) (c). All moneys received under s. 102.75
5(1g) shall be credited to this appropriation account.
SB70,456 6Section 456. 20.445 (1) (sm) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB70,555,137 20.445 (1) (sm) Uninsured employers fund; payments. From the uninsured
8employers fund, a sum sufficient to make all moneys received from sources identified
9under s. 102.80 (1m) for the purpose of making
the payments under s. 102.81 (1) and
10to obtain reinsurance under s. 102.81 (2). No moneys may be expended or
11encumbered under this paragraph until the first day of the first July beginning after
12the day that the secretary of workforce development files the certificate under s.
13102.80 (3) (a).
SB70,457 14Section 457. 20.445 (6) (q) of the statutes is created to read:
SB70,555,1815 20.445 (6) (q) Payment of benefits; family and medical leave benefits insurance
16trust fund.
From the family and medical leave benefits insurance trust fund, a sum

3as reimbursement from local units of government, as defined in s. 323.02 (15), for the
4demolition of abated former drug dwellings that have been abated during narcotics
5investigations, placed into receivership, then left unsold, unmaintained, and
6unoccupied, to be used for such demolitions.
SB70,478 7Section 478. 20.465 (1) (km) of the statutes is amended to read:

9services to the department and to other state agencies, perform services under s.
