AB776,,33Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau This bill requires that, in order to be eligible for public funding, an organization, whether for profit or nonprofit, providing pregnancy counseling services must provide counseling on all options available to a pregnant person, including abortion.
AB776,,44The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows: AB776,15Section 1. 20.9277 of the statutes is created to read: AB776,,6620.9277 Pregnancy counseling services. No organization that provides pregnancy counseling services, whether for profit or nonprofit, is eligible to receive public moneys unless the organization provides counseling on all options available to a pregnant person, including abortion.
