AB142,,44The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows: AB142,15Section 1. 20.931 (title) of the statutes is amended to read: AB142,,6620.931 (title) Prohibited boycotts governmental actions. AB142,27Section 2. 20.931 (1) (am) of the statutes is created to read: AB142,,8820.931 (1) (am) “Motor vehicle” means a self-propelled device designed to transport persons or property from one place to another. AB142,39Section 3. 20.931 (3) of the statutes is created to read: AB142,,101020.931 (3) Prohibitions based on energy source. (a) No state agency and no local governmental unit may restrict the use or sale of motor vehicles based on the energy source used to power the motor vehicle, including use for propulsion or use for powering other functions of the motor vehicle.
