2discriminating against customers due to vaccination record.

This bill prohibits any business or legal entity engaged in any enterprise in the
state from discriminating against any customer, client, or potential customer or
client based on that person's vaccination record.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
SB337,1 3Section 1. 146.85 of the statutes is created to read:
SB337,2,2 4146.85 Discrimination based on vaccination status prohibited. No
5person, firm, partnership, corporation, association, or other legal entity, including a
6nonprofit organization, engaged in any enterprise in this state may discriminate
7against any customer, client, or potential customer or client based on whether the

1person has received any vaccine or is able to show proof of having received any
2vaccine.
