1An Act to create 20.370 (4) (pf) of the statutes;
relating to: testing for PFAS in
2schools and daycares and making an appropriation.

This bill creates a new appropriation and provides $750,000 in funding from the
general fund in fiscal year 2021-22 for the purpose of testing water supplies for
contamination by PFAS (perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances) in schools
and buildings used for child care.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
