SB1029,1,3 1An Act to create 16.705 (1b) (g) and 115.28 (54e) of the statutes; relating to:
2administration of Internet-based parental choice program applications and

This bill requires the state superintendent of public instruction to contract with
a service provider to administer an Internet-based application and enrollment
process for pupils who want to attend a private school under a parental choice
program. The bill specifies that the contract must include the design and
maintenance of and technical support for the Internet site used in connection with
that process.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
