3right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; and

9performed in the United States in one year, of which 6,360 were performed in

Whereas, advocates of the Right to Life movement have consistently and
12vocally expressed their opposition to abortion as a moral wrong and a public outrage;

15professionals to refuse participation in a practice that extinguishes human life; and
