2SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.

The bill prohibits the Department of Health Services, in implementing its
vaccination plan for COVID-19, from distributing the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus
vaccine to incarcerated persons under 60 years of age sooner than 21 days after the
vaccine is available to the general public in the vaccination plan for the 2019 novel
coronavirus pandemic.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

AB145,1,74 (1) The department of health services in implementing a vaccination plan for
5the 2019 novel coronavirus pandemic may not distribute the SARS-CoV-2
6coronavirus vaccine to incarcerated persons under 60 years of age sooner than 21
7days after the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine is available to the general public.
