This bill requires the Department of Corrections to expand telehealth mental
health treatment to offenders under community supervision in division of
community corrections regions 4, 6, and 8.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

SB593,1,64 (1) Department of corrections telehealth expansion. The department of
5corrections shall expand telehealth mental health treatment to offenders under
6community supervision in division of community corrections regions 4, 6, and 8.
