SB510,1,3 1An Act to create 20.370 (6) (gs) of the statutes; relating to: watershed
2enhancement in the village of Plover in Portage County and making an
3appropriation.

This bill appropriates $100,000 from the environmental fund to the
Department of Natural Resources and requires DNR to award a grant of $100,000
to the Village of Plover in Portage County for the purpose of implementing wetland
restoration and watershed enhancement designed to increase the flow of the Little
Plover River.

printed as an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

SB510,3 5Section 3 . Nonstatutory provisions.
SB510,2,106 (1) During the 2019-21 fiscal biennium, the department of natural resources
7shall award a grant of $100,000 from the appropriation under s. 20.370 (6) (gs) to the
8village of Plover in Portage County for the purpose of implementing wetland
9restoration and watershed enhancement designed to increase the flow of the Little
10Plover River.
