AJR155,1,76 Whereas, pregnant women have the right to be free from unjustified searches
7and seizures; and
AJR155,1,98 Whereas, pregnant women have the right to procedural due process, including
9the right to effective assistance of counsel; and
AJR155,1,1110 Whereas, pregnant women have the right to equal protection under the law;
