AB954,1,2 An Act to create 20.395 (5) (db) of the statutes; relating to: funding the Drug Evaluation and Classification Program and making an appropriation.

This bill appropriates $125,000 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $250,000 in fiscal year 2020-21 for the Department of Transportation's Drug Evaluation and Classification Program. The program provides training for law enforcement officers and others in the recognition of drug influence and impairment.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
