120.505 (1) (mb) Federal aid. All moneys received from the federal government
2not otherwise appropriated under this section, as authorized by the governor under
3s. 16.54, to carry out the purposes for which received. In each year of the 2025-27
4fiscal biennium, $5,000,000 of the amounts received under this appropriation
5account shall be transferred to the appropriation account under s. 20.115 (3) (m).
6One million dollars in interest earnings from this appropriation account is
7transferred to s. 20.285 (1) (m) in the fiscal year that begins in 2025. In fiscal year
82025-26, of the interest earnings in this appropriation account, $110,000,000 is
9transferred to the appropriation account under s. 20.437 (2) (mf). To the extent that
10any interest earnings remain in this appropriation account after all transfers of
11interest earnings required under this paragraph and under 2025 Wisconsin Act .
12(this act), section 9152 (3), those remaining amounts are transferred to the
13appropriation account under s. 20.437 (2) (mh) and, as provided under 2025
14Wisconsin Act .... (this act), section 9106 (3m), to the appropriation account under s.
