ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 2, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 198

AB198-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB198-AA2,1,3 1. Page 2, line 3: after “(b),” insert “and only if funding is made available to the board for this purpose,”.

AB198-AA2,1,5 2. Page 3, line 3: delete “The board” and substitute “Subject to sub. (1m), the board”.

AB198-AA2,1,6 3. Page 3, line 6: after that line insert:

AB198-AA2,1,9 “(1m) The board may decline to develop the program under sub. (1) if funding is not made available to the board for the reimbursements described under sub. (1).”.

AB198-AA2,1,11 4. Page 4, line 17: delete “may” and substitute “may, if funding is made available to the department of military affairs for this purpose,”.

AB198-AA2,2,2 5. Page 4, line 21: delete “No” and substitute “If funding is made available to the department of military affairs for the purpose described under par. (a), no”.
