21. Page 2, line 4: after that line insert:

3“Section 1m. 49.471 (1) (cg) of the statutes is created to read:

449.471 (1) (cg) “Developmental disability” has the meaning given in s. 51.01

62. Page 2, line 5: delete “(4d), (4j) and (4p)” and substitute “(4d), (4j), (4p) and
7(4t)”.

83. Page 3, line 12: after that line insert:

9“(4p) Exceptions. Subsections (4d) and (4j) do not apply to a recipient of
10Medical Assistance who has a developmental disability.”.

114. Page 3, line 13: delete “(4p)” and substitute “(4t)”.
