SB668-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB668-SA3,1,2 1. Page 32, line 18: delete “(a)".

SB668-SA3,1,3 2. Page 32, line 19: delete “1." and substitute “(a)".

SB668-SA3,1,4 3. Page 32, line 20: delete “2." and substitute “(b)".

SB668-SA3,1,5 4. Page 32, line 21: delete “3." and substitute “(c)".

SB668-SA3,1,6 5. Page 32, line 22: delete that line.

SB668-SA3,1,8 6. Page 34, line 21: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 35, line 2.

SB668-SA3,1,9 7. Page 38, line 13: after that line insert:

A person that delivers wages or salaries on behalf of employers to employees or facilitates the payment of payroll taxes to state and federal agencies, makes payments relating to employee benefit plans, makes distributions of other authorized deductions from employees' wages or salaries, or transmits other funds on behalf of an employer in connection with transactions related to employees.

SB668-SA3,2,5 2. Nothwithstanding subd. 1., a person described in subd. 1. that offers money transmission services or provides stored value cards directly to individual consumers shall comply with this chapter to the extent of that activity.” .
