SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 63

SB63-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB63-SA1,1,3 1. Page 3, line 7: delete the material beginning with “health" and ending with “s. 632.745 (11)," on line 8 and substitute “policy, as defined under s. 632.873 (1) (b),”.

SB63-SA1,1,5 2. Page 3, line 9: after “related services." insert “An insured may revoke an assignment under this subsection at any time.".

SB63-SA1,1,8 3. Page 3, line 11: after “related services," insert “if the assignment has not been revoked, and if the assignment is known to the insurer at the time that a claim is received,".

SB63-SA1,1,9 4. Page 3, line 12: delete “any" and substitute “the".

SB63-SA1,1,11 5. Page 3, line 14: after “an assignment" insert “or revocation of an assignment".

SB63-SA1,1,12 6. Page 3, line 15: after “in writing" insert “or submitted electronically".

SB63-SA1,2,2 7. Page 3, line 15: delete the material beginning with “If an insurer" and ending with “is made." on line 17.
