SB589-SSA1-SA1,1,6 “(c) Before the tower crane to which the license applies is installed, the licensee records in the office of the register of deeds of the county in which the real property on which the construction activities occur is located a notice that includes all of the following information:

SB589-SSA1-SA1,1,8 1. The full name of each individual who will operate the tower crane and proof that the individual is licensed or certified under 29 CFR 1926.1427.

SB589-SSA1-SA1,1,11 2. The legal description and street address for the real property on which the construction activities occur and for each of the adjacent real properties over which the tower crane boom may pass.”.
