SB549-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 12: delete that line and substitute “citizenship, for the purpose of encouraging pupils to join the youth membership organization.”.

SB549-SA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 14: after “and time" insert “, which may be noninstructional time as determined by the principal,".
