SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 424

SB424-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB424-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 19: delete the material beginning with “are at least" and ending with “age and" on line 20 and substitute “are at least 18 years of age and”.

SB424-SA1,1,5 2. Page 3, line 2: after “hours" insert “if there is a child care teacher on the premises".

SB424-SA1,1,6 3. Page 3, line 3: delete lines 3 to 5 and substitute:

SB424-SA1,1,7 “ Section 4m. DCF 251.055 (1) (i) of the administrative code is repealed.”.

SB424-SA1,1,9 4. Page 3, line 10: delete “and is age 18 16 or over" and substitute “and is age 18 or over".
