SB330-SA5,1,4 1. Page 1, line 5: after “program" insert “, financial records of private schools participating in a parental choice program or the Special Needs Scholarship program and independent charter schools,".

SB330-SA5,1,6 “ Section 2m. 15.7915 (6) (L) of the statutes is created to read:

SB330-SA5,1,8 15.7915 (6) (L) Upon request, allow the requester to inspect the private school's financial records.”.
