SB278-SA2,1,4 1. Page 2, line 5: after “elections for state office" insert “, if such primaries and elections are not held concurrently with a primary or election that is not a special primary or special election".

SB278-SA2,1,5 2. Page 2, line 13: delete lines 13 to 16.
