SB270-SA1,1,4 1. Page 4, line 13: delete “control." and substitute “control, including a delay caused by another owner identified in the work plan or reliance on a 3rd party to identify and verify the location of a utility facility requiring relocation.".

SB270-SA1,1,5 2. Page 4, line 16: substitute “90" for “60".
