SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 150

SB150-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB150-SA1,1,2 1. Page 10, line 24: delete “343.305 or" and substitute “343.305,".

SB150-SA1,1,4 2. Page 11, line 1: after “343.307 (1)," insert “or is revoked under s. 343.31 (1m),".

SB150-SA1,1,6 3. Page 14, line 3: delete “The expiration" and substitute “1. Except as provided in subd. 2., the expiration".

SB150-SA1,1,8 4. Page 14, line 10: delete “An" and substitute “Except as provided in subd. 2., an".

SB150-SA1,1,9 5. Page 14, line 15: after that line insert:

SB150-SA1,2,2 “2. The expiration date of an ignition interlock restricted license issued to a person whose operating privilege has been revoked under s. 343.31 (1m) is 2 years from the date of the applicant's next birthday. An ignition interlock restricted license issued to a person whose operating privilege has been revoked under s. 343.31 (1m) may be renewed.”.

SB150-SA1,2,6 6. Page 25, line 18: delete “revoke the person's operating privilege permanently." and substitute “permanently revoke the person's operating privilege permanently with regard to vehicles that are not equipped with an ignition interlock device.".

SB150-SA1,2,9 7. Page 25, line 22: delete the material beginning with “, and" and ending with “343.105." on line 23 and substitute “. The person may apply for an ignition interlock restricted license under s. 343.105 at any time.”.
