TO SENATE BILL 135

SB135-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB135-SA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 5: delete lines 5 to 7 and substitute:
SB135-SA1,1,3 3 Section 3. 89.073 (2) (b) of the statutes is repealed.”.
SB135-SA1,1,4 42. Page 2, line 7: after that line insert:
SB135-SA1,1,5 5 Section 3g. 89.073 (2) (c) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB135-SA1,1,96 89.073 (2) (c) The individual holds a credential that was granted by a
7governmental authority in a jurisdiction outside state other than this state that
8qualifies the individual to perform the acts authorized under the appropriate
9credential specified under s. 89.06.”.
SB135-SA1,3m 10Section 3m. 89.073 (2) (f) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB135-SA1,2,211 89.073 (2) (f) The individual is in good standing with the governmental
12authorities in every jurisdiction outside state other than this state that have granted

1the individual a credential that qualifies the individual to perform acts authorized
2under the appropriate credential specified under s. 89.06.
SB135-SA1,3r 3Section 3r. 89.073 (2) (g) and (h) the statutes are created to read:
SB135-SA1,2,104 89.073 (2) (g) The individual does not have any limitation, restriction, or other
5encumbrance on any credential issued by a governmental authority in a state other
6than this state that qualifies the individual to perform the acts authorized under the
7appropriate credential specified under s. 89.06 and is not under investigation by any
8governmental authority in a state other than this state related to any credential
9possessed by the individual that qualifies the individual to perform the acts
10authorized under the appropriate credential specified under s. 89.06.
SB135-SA1,2,1211 (h) Subject to ss. 111.321, 111.322, and 111.335, the individual does not have
12an arrest or conviction record.”.
SB135-SA1,2,13 133. Page 2, line 13: delete lines 13 to 15 and substitute:
SB135-SA1,2,14 14 Section 7. 440.09 (2) (b) of the statutes is repealed.”.
SB135-SA1,2,15 154. Page 2, line 15: after that line insert:
SB135-SA1,2,16 16 Section 7g. 440.09 (2) (c) of the statutes is amended to read:

18permit that was granted by a governmental authority in a jurisdiction outside state

20under the appropriate credential granted by the department or credentialing board.
SB135-SA1,7m 21Section 7m. 440.09 (2) (f) of the statutes is amended to read:

24the individual a license, certification, registration, or permit that qualifies the

1individual to perform acts authorized under the appropriate credential granted by
2the department or credentialing board.
SB135-SA1,7r 3Section 7r. 440.09 (2) (g) and (h) of the statutes are created to read:
SB135-SA1,3,114 440.09 (2) (g) The individual does not have any limitation, restriction, or other
5encumbrance on any credential issued by a governmental authority in a state other
6than this state that qualifies the individual to perform acts authorized under the
7appropriate credential granted by the department or credentialing board and is not
8under investigation by any governmental authority in a state other than this state
9related to any credential possessed by the individual that qualifies the individual to
10perform acts authorized under the appropriate credential granted by the
11department or credentialing board.
SB135-SA1,3,1312 (h) Subject to ss. 111.321, 111.322, and 111.335, the individual does not have
