1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

21. Page 1, line 4: after “(hp)" insert “or (q) to (s)".

32. Page 1, line 5: delete “an individual" and substitute “a patient, as defined
4in s. 146.81 (3),".

53. Page 1, line 6: delete the material beginning with “if that" and ending with
6“intercourse" on line 7 and substitute “during any treatment, consultation,
7interview, or examination”.
